Final Fantasy VII Remake is a 2020 action role-playing game by Square Enix. It is the first in a planned trilogy of games remaking the 1997 PlayStation game Final Fantasy VII. Set in the dystopian cyberpunk metropolis of Midgar, players control the mercenary Cloud Strife. He joins AVALANCHE, an eco-terrorist group trying to stop the powerful megacorporation Shinra from using the planet's life essence as an energy source. The gameplay combines real-time action with role-playing elements. Remake was released for the PlayStation 4 in April 2020. My favorite game, I played the original when I was younger with my cousin and kind of grew up on Final Fantasy as a whole.


Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- Reunion is an HD remaster of Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-.(Originally released for the PlayStation Portable in 2007). The game was announced in June 2022 during a broadcast celebrating Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary and features new models and lighting, redone voices for consistency with the Final Fantasy VII remake project, and rearranged music. A remaster of another favorite, the graphics are beautiful and really makes the story even better than before. Excited for the next FFVII installment.




Taking place in modern-day Tokyo. the story follows a high school student known by the pseudonym Joker who transfers to a new school after he is falsely accused of assault and put on probation. Over the course of a school year, he and other students awaken to a special power, becoming a group of secret vigilantes known as the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. They explore the Metaverse, a supernatural realm born from humanity's subconscious desires, to steal malevolent intent from the hearts of adults and change their hearts. The protag is one of my favorite protags in RPGs, the story and theme of the game is so cool and its as good as the rest i've played.


Set long after the events of the previous two Dissidia titles, but before the arcade version, the dimension of World B is revitalized for a conflict between Materia, the goddess of protection, and Spiritus, the god of destruction, who respectively summon the warriors of Cosmos and Chaos as their champions. Unlike their prior involvements, the summoned warriors retain their memories of both the previous war and their original worlds, which are used to expand World B, while the mystical energy created from their battles maintains it. I like the gameplay of dissidia a lot, I also follow along with the story well and I love the idea of bringing all the Final Fantasy characters together in one game.



Final Fantasy XV takes place on the Earth-like world of Eos, which is divided between four nations: Lucis, Accordo, Tenebrae and Niflheim. Lucis, occupying a whole landmass, possesses a magical artifact known as the Crystal, gifted to the reigning Caelum dynasty by the world's deities in antiquity and accessed through the hereditary Ring of the Lucii. Accordo, located in the southern part of Eos, is an island nation formed through a union of free trading cities. I have a severe attachment to Noctis.. this game was so beautiful and I wish I could experience it for the first time again.
